Carriage Shoppe in Fort Collins is happy to provide free loaner cars to our customers who need a vehicle while their car is in our shop! We will do our best to coordinate a loaner car for you depending on availability and timeframe of your scheduled service. We ask that you have a valid driver’s license, be 25 years old or above, and have a $500 minimum in repair cost.

Q: How long can I keep the loaner car?
A: You can use the vehicle as long as your vehicle is getting repairs with us. We ask that you return the loaner car within 24 hours of notification that your repairs are complete.
Q: What if I do not qualify for a free loaner car or if a free loaner car isn’t available?
A: You can wait to schedule your repairs until a free loaner car is available or you can work with our rental car companies to schedule a rental car at your expense. You may qualify for a rental car through your insurance company.
Q: Who is responsible for damage to the free loaner car?
A: We will inspect the loaner car prior to you taking it off the property. All damage will be noted on the loaner car agreement along with the mileage and gas level. Upon return, it will be inspected again for damage, mileage, and gas level. Any new damage will be discussed and you will be responsible for paying for repairs. We reserve the right to repair any new damage.
